My Story

A few years ago I had my gallbladder removed. I was at my lowest weight in years, then 4 months later I had surgery on my shoulder. They repaired a tear and a bicep tear.

Between both surgeries I could not go to the gym or hardly move, and it was depressing.  Then Covid hit which didn’t help anyone’s mental health.

In June 2021 we found out my father had cancer.  He did treatment only to find out in January that it had spread to his brain. This was a tough time and put me in a bad place where I didn’t want to do anything, the doctor put me on more medications.

Then I found the Feel Great System in March, it has helped me get off of my acid Reflux medications after 15 years, this happen within the first few weeks.   My Dad passed away on April 7th 2022, it was the hardest day of my life, the Feel Great System kept me focused and helped me get through this.

Now I’m off all my medications; no more blood pressure meds; cholesterol meds; depression meds or acid Reflux meds.

It’s been 17 months, and I’ve lost over 100 pounds and a total of 41 inches of fat. I’m also off all my medications, and I feel like a new person. Join me on my journey,  “What are you waiting for”!
